GReader Notifier

Blog entries specifically about the Android GReader Notifier application, including when new updates are available.

Version 1.35 of GReader Notifier Now Available

A new version of the GReader Notifier Android application is now available in the Android Market.  This version requires that you have at least Android 1.5.  It should work in Android 1.6, but I don't have it yet, so I don't know.

If you have any trouble upgrading and don't want to wait for me to fix the problem, just uninstall, then reinstall the application.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

Version 1.30 of GReader Notifier Now Available

A new version of the GReader Notifier Android application is now available in the Android Market.  This new version requires Android 1.5, so if you have not received that update, it will not work.

Changes Between 1.2.0 and 1.3.0

  • Fixed preferences so they do not get reset
  • Now opens Google Reader page in its own browser, so new windows will NOT be created.

I've found out what is causing this problem and will deploy a fix for it within the next couple of weeks.  I appologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.

Version 1.10 of GReader Notifier Now Available

After some great feedback from people have downloaded GReader Notifier, I've made some updates and released version 1.10.  You have to manually download the application again, as the Android Market currently doesn't automatically tell you that new versions are available.  To do this, go to the Android Market application on your Android device (probably a G1).  Once there, select the "My Downloads" button.  Scroll down to the "GReader Notifier" application and select it.  Cli
